1:1 Session Format

I host all of my sessions over Zoom, a free video-conferencing platform. All students will need to be equipped with a functional webcam, speakers, and microphone.  Use of headphones is encouraged to block out any extra background noise.

Billing

My live sessions are typically billed at the beginning of the month unless other arrangements have been made.  I accept payment through Stripe, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, check, or money transfer. 

 

Scheduling Policies

To ensure that we are able to make the most of our time together, below are the following scheduling policies:
  • Cancellation: Sessions may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the session at no cost.  If a session is cancelled in this time frame, the hours are put back into the student's account and are eligible to be rescheduled.
  • Late cancellation: Sessions are considered to be late cancellations if they occur within 24 hours of the scheduled session.  Students are billed for the session time.
  • Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session.  Within 24 hours of the session, a request for rescheduling is considered a late cancellation, and students are billed for the amount of the session.
  • Late policy: If a student sends notification that they will be late to their session, the session will begin when the student arrives, but will still end at the original scheduled time.
  • No-show: A student is considered a no show if they do not show up to their session within 15 minutes of the scheduled session time and have not sent notification that they will be late.  Students are billed for the amount of the session time.
In the case of sickness or emergency, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate. I try to be as flexible as I can with my students so we can maximize the hours we have together.
